Shipping & Delivery:

All products are made to order in the USA. So once you place an order it take from 3 – 5 business days to manufacture it. If your registered for an account you can follow the progress of your item in your online dashboard.   We offer several shipping methods that vary in delivery time once the product has left the production studio.   Free shipping will often be the slowest method (up to 7 days in transit), while priority and express options are available for a fee and result in faster delivery.   Please know that regardless of delivery method, production times to make your item will be 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We know the world isn’t perfect, but we try hard to make sure our products are.   Our products are as unique as you are and each is made to order especially for you… So if you receive an item that is damaged or defective contact us A.S.A.P. so we can get started on replacing it. As these are made to order, returns aren’t accepted so please ask questions before ordering – we’re here to help!   Please send a photo of the damage or defect when you contact us to speed up the process of correcting the issue. We offer  a quick and easy online ordering system for all of our products at   However, you may also purchase many of our items on third party marketplaces including Etsy, Handmade @ Amazon, Houzz, etc.   Not all products are offered on all websites except our own.   Customized products are generally only offered through or Etsy.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

While you may find our products on other marketplace websites, they will often be priced lower at   If any of our products are found at a lower price on a third party marketplace, we would love to know about it. Some retailers that offer our products may have limited time promotions for their stores.

Updating Account Information:

If you have registered as a customer, you will be able to adjust or update your information online at any time.  If you have placed an order that has an error in the shipping or billing information originally provided, please contact us immediately (within 24hrs!) so we may correct the order. Once an order is in production there will be a $10 fee to modify the order to a new destination — once an item has shipped it may not be possible to re-route and delays maybe involved in return or reprinting of your order (additional fees may apply).
